The staff were kind and helpful. They provided excellent service throughout my stay, making sure that all my needs were met. The hotel facilities were in great condition and cleanliness was maintained at a high standard. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location next to a truck stop was convenient for travelers like me, as I had easy access to transportation options and nearby restaurants, such as the fantastic Indonesian restaurant called Bali in Breda, which was only 15 minutes away.
Almost perfect. The hotel could improve by addressing some minor issues.

Near a busy and loud highway, couldn't get a wink of sleep! Breakfast was inedible and the customer service was appalling!

There isn't much to this hotel.
The beds were very uncomfortable, the sheets and mattress had stains. I went to complain to the management and I was blown off. Terrible customer service. Won't be using this hotel again.

We recently stayed at a hotel near Rotterdam after reading reviews. the hotel was conveniently located for our work in the port, and we were pleasantly surprised by the stylish decor and friendly staff. Our breakfast included cheese, ham, and boiled eggs, as well as an expansive buffet. We visited Bali, an Indonesian restaurant 15 minutes away, as we were unable to find another restaurant close by. We also loved visiting Efteling Theme park in our free time.
Our room was a bit sparse, but we were only staying for a short time, so it wasn't a big issue.

There was absolutely nothing good I can say about this hotel. This hotel should go under the authorities inspection.
The staff were incredibly rude and to my astonishment, the manager was the most vile and most miserable person I have ever met. We had spent 3 nights here after reading good reviews and we were insulted by the the hotel staff and management. Disgusting service throughout, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

we booked a travel cot 6 weeks earlier, upon arrival the receptionist said it was given to someone else because they had arrived earlier. I had to sleep on the floor, as the beds were narrow, we could not put the baby between us. no free internet, only in the lobby area
